- Very informational when it comes to relationships. The read was very understandable and there is some exercises that can be done between you and your partner. If your looking for a quick read that does not get too deep into the tradition on Tantra this would be the book to read. It keeps your attention, I read the whole book in a few hours, theres 134 not a huge book like most but it's good. Makes you look beyond yourself!
- Charles and Caroline Muir have delivered a calm and matter-of-fact adaptation of ancient Tantric philosophy and practice. It is not the real thing, but is perhaps more useful as an adaptation to modern times. Read this not to be informed of Tantra, but rather as unorthodox (to the western ear) guidance on how to strive for harmony and to maintain passion in relationships. I found their explanations clear and their advice sound. I and my partner have had success with their exercises. This is a useful guide.
